Agile Reporting
Real-time transparency is a vital part of Agile. It means you can build confidence with stakeholders even as clarity is still forming and things are changing.
This is a reporting dashboard I built using Apache’s SuperSet analytics tooling. It accessed data pulled from Jira’s REST API using a Ruby script running from a Linux cron job which pushed hourly team updates into a MySQL database I had running in an Amazon AWS environment.
