Operational Strategy
A good operational strategy shows how you will get from where you are to where you want to be. It has to deal with reality, but connect it to the vision.
This plan is the summary-level of a plan that handles issues, risks, BAU, and key initiatives - coordinating them and showing how the combined outcomes lead to achieving the vision.
This was created before we had had a chance to articulate a formal vision for the business unit. The director’s youngest child had used the word “amazinger” - we figured that made a pretty good placeholder.
