Governance Reporting
We needed a lean and rapid way to manage a number of key internal innovation initiatives that had all begun across the company. I pulled together this dashboard in Excel - identifying key dimensions and metrics.
Operating in what you could call a “data-light” environment - I put these reports together with a mixture of hard data and ball-parking conversations. This created a reporting framework that could be improved over time - and could be used to establish a repeatable governance mechanism.
